Appointments and prices

We offer the following appointment types:

Specific conditions:

• BRONZE: minor ailments (20 mins consultation)

  • for acute infections, muscle cramps, sports injury recovery, avoiding antibiotics etc

  • price: £80

• SILVER: complex conditions (45 mins consultation)

  • for hormone problems, menstrual concerns, thyroid conditions, gut issues, weight problems, diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, mental health problems, asthma, allergies and intolerances etc

  • price: £180 for an initial consultation (+£30 for optional written report), £150 for follow-ups (see below)

• GOLD: full health review / chronic / unexplained conditions (questionnaire review + 1 hour consultation + written report + 1 follow up)

  • for fertility issues, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, auto-immune conditions, hair loss etc

  • price: £1,499 reduced in our sale to £749* for a full personalised 1-2-1 health review, see below for details.

• PREMIUM: chronic / unexplained conditions + coaching (questionnaire review + 1 hour consultation + written report + coaching package of 3 x 45-minute sessions)

  • for clients wanting to be held to account (such as with weight loss or diet change) or those that require extra support

  • price: £1,749 reduced in our sale to £999* for a full personalised 1-2-1 health review, see below for details, plus a coaching support package of 3 × 45 minute sessions.

General wellness and disease prevention:

• high five (30 mins consultation)

  • for those wanting to know the top 5 things they can do to improve their overall wholistic health (for consultations relating to specific conditions, please see other appointments)

  • price: £129 (+£20 for optional written report)

• health MOT / current health assessment / disease prevention (questionnaire review + 1 hour consultation + written report)

  • for prevention of dementia, auto-immune conditions, cancer etc

  • price: £999 reduced in our sale to £699* for a full personalised, 1-2-1 health review including written report plan for dietary and lifestyle changes, see below for details. This package does not require a follow-up and therefore this excluded.

Continuing support:

• further follow-up appointments of up to 45 minutes - £150 (+£30 for optional written report)

• a quick 15-minute check-in to ask questions after an initial consultation - £50

* What does a full personalised, 1-2-1 health review package include?

• an initial on-boarding session including:

  • an extensive review of your 22-page health questionnaire (which we’ll send in response to your appointment request)

  • up to 1 hour consultation to discuss your health, wellness and lifestyle concerns (including any questions you may have)

  • a plan of action (prepared in follow-up to the call)

  • identification of any lab tests required (we try to avoid these in the first instance as they are often unnecessary and can waste money)

• PLUS: a follow-up appointment of up to 45 minutes, including:

  • a review of progress and protocols issued after the initial on-boarding session

  • to introduce new plans, where required

  • identification of any lab tests required (as above)

  • to review any test results.
