Q. What will my staff learn?

A. Your staff will come away with a thorough understanding of what causes brain fog, fatigue and mental health problems and importantly, how to help themselves to improve their overall mental focus, energy levels, motivation and overall wellbeing. They will learn how food impacts our mental and physical health and what they can do to improve their choices to support their bodies to function optimally. When put into practice, they will be more effective, efficient, motivated, enthusiastic, energised and happier. They will require fewer sick-days and time off to attend GP/hospital appointments because they will know how to support their bodies to be well.

Q. Do my staff have to know anything to join in? Are there are pre-requisites?

A. There are absolutely no pre-requisites. Attendees will be at all different levels of knowledge and understanding. Everyone is there to learn and absolutely everyone is welcome!

Q. What types of courses, dates and times are available?

A. We offer a variety of course types to suit your staff needs. These could be quick 45-minute ‘lunch and learn’ sessions during your colleague’s lunch breaks when they can bring along their lunch, learn about nutrition and wellbeing and ask any questions. Or they could be longer ½ day or 1 day learning experiences.
